Offshoots Permaculture Project

Maya Mountain Research Farm is a small registered NGO working on issues of food security and biodiversity. Brighton Permaculture Trust promotes greener lifestyles and sustainable development through design. We run courses and events and apply permaculture principles to our projects. Brighton Permaculture Trust was formed in 2000 as an ethical not-for-profit organisation operating in Brighton and Sussex. It is a member of the national Permaculture Association (Britain). Brighton Permaculture Trust is run by an experienced team of volunteers and permaculturists, supported by a management group and trustees, and resourced through course/event fees, grants and donations. Balkan Ecology Project
The Balkan Ecology Project (BALKEP) is a permaculture-inspired, grassroots project based in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria). BALKEP is devoted to the design and exploration of ecologically-sound human habitats and serves as a demonstration site for local residents, communities and visitors from abroad. Our efforts aim to develop thoughtful approaches to food, shelter, community and commerce, while promoting and preserving the unique biological diversity associated with the Balkan region.
