We depend on donations from users of our database of over 8000 edible and useful plants to keep making it available free of charge and to further extend and improve it. In recent months donations are down, and we are spending more than we receive. Please give what you can to keep PFAF properly funded. More >>>

The Permaculture Association (PA) is hosting the International Permaculture Convergence (IPCUK) which will bring together leading experts and practitioners from around the world.

PA teaches that we have everything we need to create a sustainable world and future. Together we can create a vision of a near future society that is caring, sustainable and fair, and explore how we can collectively design strategies and pathways to make it happen.

Conference, 8-9 September 2015, The Light, Euston Road, London.

Convergence, 10-16 September 2015, Gilwell Park, Essex.

Edge events, throughout the UK and Europe, with tours and courses, to talks and more.

The Permaculture Association (PA) is raising a scholarship fund to support permaculture practitioners from across the world - especially people from the Global South - to attend the international permaculture conference and convergence this September in London and Essex (IPCUK). https://www.permaculture.org.uk/ipcukscholarship

PA has had 'over 60 amazing applications for scholarships from permaculture practitioners in the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, Cameroon, Malawi, Gambia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Zambia, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Brazil, Colombia, Jamaica, Belize, Ecuador, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Cuba, Argentina, Macedonia, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and India.
